TCS Acrylic Crack Filler
Surface Preparation: Cracks must be cleaned and free of dust, dirt, debris, and vegetation. Deep cracks may be filled with sand or foam backer rod to up to ¾” below the surface prior to application of TCS Acrylic Crack Filler.
Mixing Procedures: Stir thoroughly before using.
Application: Work TCS Acrylic Crack Filler down into crack using a trowel or putty knife until crack is filled completely. Smooth material at surface level with damp rag or trowel to assure smooth finish with surrounding surface area. If needed, product can be scraped or sanded after it dries to achieve a smooth surface transition.
Important: Temperatures must be a minimum of 50ºF and rising both during application and for a period of at least 24 hours after application. Do not apply when rain is imminent in the forecast. Keep from freezing. Close container when not in use.
Coverage: Typically, one gallon will fill approximately 75-150 feet of cracks depending on depth and width of crack.
Drying Time: Drying time is dependent upon temperature, humidity and
filler thickness.
Note: wet conditions, including sub-surface moisture, can create drying problems with crack fillers. For best results, allow adequate time after rains for the sub-surface and surrounding ground to dry out before application of TCS Acrylic Crack Filler.
VOC: This material contains less than 150 grams of volatile organic compounds per liter.
Caution: KEEP FROM FREEZING. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Do not take internally. If swallowed, call a physician immediately. In case of contact with eyes, flush immediately with water for 15 minutes and call a physician. Do not apply when rain is imminent. When not in use, keep container tightly closed and upright to prevent leakage. Do not store in direct sunlight or above 100 ºF. In case of spillage, absorb and dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and Local regulations.
