Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or if we shipped the wrong item, we're here to make it right.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date for:
- Products with manufacturing or workmanship defects.
- Items shipped incorrectly due to a fulfillment error by Tennis Court Supply.
Custom-made and special-order products are non-returnable, including custom windscreens, divider nets, backdrop curtains, custom-sized products, and other made-to-order items, unless the error was made by Tennis Court Supply.
Non-Defective Returns
- If you wish to return an item because you ordered the wrong product, size, color, or simply no longer need it:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Products must be returned in new, unused, and uninstalled condition with all original packaging.
- Returns showing signs of use, installation, wear, or damage are not eligible for credit and will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned merchandise, less a 15% restocking fee required by our distributor.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been inspected and approved.
Return Authorization Required
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested and approved before returning any merchandise. Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused or returned to the sender.
