We gladly accept returns of products that are defective due to manufacturing or workmanship issues for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment errors made by Tennis Court Supply that result in the shipment of incorrect items are also eligible for return within the same 30-day period. Please note that custom-made products or custom sizes (including windscreens, divider nets, backdrop curtains, etc.) are non-returnable, unless the error is made by Tennis Court Supply.
If you choose to return an item because you no longer want it, ordered the wrong color, or selected the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or damage. Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Once the product(s) are received and inspected, we will issue a credit for the cost of the item(s), minus a 15% restocking fee required by the distributor. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be requested and approved before any return will be accepted.
