Purchase Order Requirements
Tennis Court Supply accepts Purchase Orders from schools, colleges, universities, and government entities within the United States.
Purchase Orders must be submitted on official organization letterhead and include:
Product names, part numbers, quantities, and pricing
Billing and shipping addresses
Contact name, phone number, and email
Accounts Payable contact information
Name and signature of an authorized representative
Requisitions are not accepted as Purchase Orders.

Payment Terms
Approved Purchase Orders are Net 21 days from delivery unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Past-due balances are subject to a 1.5% monthly service charge (18% annually) or the maximum permitted by law, whichever is less.
The customer agrees to pay reasonable collection costs, including collection agency fees, court costs, and attorneys' fees, to the extent permitted by law.
Terms and Conditions
By submitting a Purchase Order, the buyer agrees to Tennis Court Supply's terms and conditions. These terms supersede any conflicting or additional terms contained in the buyer's Purchase Order, purchasing documents, vendor agreements, or other documents.
Any conflicting or additional buyer terms are expressly rejected unless specifically accepted in writing by an authorized representative of Tennis Court Supply.
Acceptance, processing, or fulfillment of a Purchase Order does not constitute acceptance of the buyer's conflicting or additional terms.
Shipping
Shipping charges shown in the shopping cart are subject to verification. Products requiring freight must have a freight quote before the Purchase Order is submitted.
Additional freight, residential delivery, liftgate, limited-access, or other carrier charges may apply.
Returns
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Approved non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom, special-order, used, installed, or damaged products are non-returnable unless otherwise approved by Tennis Court Supply.
