This all-weather clock measures 18 inch diameter and is designed to handle the sun, rain, wind and cold.  The clock is radio-monitored and updated every few hours off the United States military's atomic clock in Boulder, Colorado.  The unit also provides readings for temperature and relative humidity.  Runs on 1 AA Alkaline battery.
