Each 2-1/2" thick fiberglass panel is reinforced with a heavy-duty internal metal frame that divides the panel into 20 individual sound-deadening compartments. Each compartment is filled with premium acoustic material to minimize impact noise while providing a consistent, true tennis ball rebound. This advanced construction makes the Professional Flat Series one of the quietest and most durable tennis practice backboards available.

The panels are manufactured under pressure using heavy-duty fiberglass construction and a UV-resistant gel coat finish for maximum strength and weather resistance. The front and edges are finished with Imron® polyurethane paint, providing exceptional protection against impacts, UV exposure, temperature extremes, fading, and outdoor weather conditions.

For a clean, professional appearance, the panel faces are completely free of visible mounting holes. Each panel is mounted from the rear using an integrated wheel system that slides into galvanized steel mounting channels, creating a smooth hitting surface while simplifying installation. Each panel weighs approximately 150 pounds, providing outstanding structural integrity and stability.
